Proact is hosting a free tablet day event to bridge the technology gap on Thursday, 2/10/2022 and Thursday, 1/24/2022 from 1 pm until 3 pm.
Proact is located at 601 Dekalb Street Suite 1, Norristown, PA 19401.
There is a $20 one time activation fee to receive the tablet and three years of free wifi.
You must be 18 years or older to apply.
The last 4 digits of your Social Security number and a valid photo ID are required.
To qualify please provide an approval letter for one of the following:
Medicaid
WIC
SNAP Food Assistance
SSI (not SSD)
Native Reservation Members
Section 8
Free and Reduced Lunch
Pell Grant (FED Sec 401)
VA Pension Benefits
